Jury Selection Resumes in Uzi Death Trial

Jury selection resumes on Monday in the tragic case of an 8-year-old Ashford boy who died in an accidental shooting in Massachusetts.

Christopher Bizilj lost control of an Uzi while shooting pumpkins at a gun fair in Massachusetts in 2008 and accidentally shot himself in the head.

Pelham Police Chief Edward Fleury, a former western Massachusetts police chief, was charged with involuntary manslaughter in connection with the shooting and pleaded not guilty.Fleury's company sponsored the fair.

The trial was put on hold when Fleury was hospitalized for chest pains as jury selection began.
