Emergency crews are responding to rescue a male patient from the Farmington River, police said.
Canton police confirm they are on scene at 140 Powder Mill Road in Canton. A male patient reportedly suffered some kind of medical event and had to be taken out of the river. The victim, who has not been identified, is being transported to a waiting LifeStar helicopter to be flown to a nearby hospital.
