LifeStar flew one person to Hartford Hospital after a two-car crash on Oregon Road in Meriden and another person was transported to Yale-New Haven Hospital.
Officials from LifeStar said they landed at Platt High School and transported the patient.
The road was closed and wreckers arrived at the scene. The road is now clear.
