The Metropolitan District Commission is investigating a crash that happened just before 2 a.m. off of Route 202 on Saturday in New Hartford.
Police said five people were in the car. Two were flown by Lifestar to Hartford Hospital, two were transported by ambulance and another passenger refused medical treatment.
Metropolitan District Commission officials and state police remained at the the scene for much of the morning investigating the crash.
The investigation is still pending.
