Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting Young Girls in New Britain

New Britain police have arrested a man who is accused of sexually young girls and said he was out on bond after being charged in connection with two other sex-related offenses.

New Britain police arrested 33-year-old Nassir Mohamed Alsubai, of New Britain, on Sunday in connection with incidents that police said happened in 2003, when the victim was 8 years old.

He was charged with two counts of illegal sexual contact and sexual assault in the fourth degree and posted a $100,000 bond, police said.

On Monday, police again arrested Alsubai on a warrant charging him with seven counts of illegal sexual contact, four counts of sexual assault in the fourth degree and three counts of sexual assault in the first degree.

Police said that incident those charges were file in occurred in 2017 and the victim was 7 years old at the time. Alsubai was then held on a $500,000.00 bond.

Police said he was already out on bond for two other previous sex-related offenses in 2010 involving girls under the age of 13.

All of the victims were familiar with the Alsubai at the time of their assault, according to police.
