A man with a special interest in Red Bull was arrested in connection with a shoplifting at a Milford supermarket and police said he and an accomplice are suspected in similar shopliftings in other towns.
Police responded to Stop & Shop at 1360 East Town Road on Oct. 4 after two men stole six cases of Red Bull from the store, police said.
Officers identified Chuck Jammal, 28, of Derby, as a suspect and charged him with sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear and is due in court on March. 3.
Police said Jammal and another person were identified through similar investigations in other towns.
Jammal has also been charged with larceny in Bridgeport Fairfield and West Haven.
