    Police are looking for a flasher who exposed himself to and touched a 70-year-old woman on the Farmington Canal in Hamden.

    A man exposed himself to a 70-year-old woman as she was walking on a trail in Hamden on Friday afternoon and touched her with his genitalia.

    The victim, a 70-year-old Hamden woman, told police she was walking on the Farmington Canal Line and when a man approached her around 1:30 p.m. and asked her for the time.

    While she was checking for him, he exposed himself, touched her with his genitalia and road off on a bicycle, heading southbound on the canal line, police said.

    The victim said the flasher was between 18 and 23 years old, stood around 6-foot-2 and weighed about 250 pounds. He was wearing a blue shirt and black jeans, according to police.
