A 21-year-old man was killed in a double shooting on Garden Street, in the North End of Hartford on Thursday night.
Police said Rhaquis Grant, 21, of Hartford died at St. Francis Hospital.
The other shooting victim is in stable condition at St. Francis Hospital.
No arrests have been made.
