A 39-year-old Hartford man is recovering after being stabbed in the leg early Tuesday morning.
According to Hartford police, the man was stabbed on Capitol Avenue near Oak Street around 2 a.m. His injuries are serious but non-life threatening. The victim is being treated at Hartford Hospital.
Police said the stabbing is likely drug-related.
Capitol Avenue and the on and off ramps to Interstate 84 at Exit 48 were closed for the investigation, but have since reopened.
