A 26-year-old man has been identified as the victim of a fatal accident involving a front-end loader in Peabody.
Police Capt. Dennis Bonaiuto told The Salem News that Joshua Black, of Wilmington, was declared dead at the scene late Friday morning after firefighters and paramedics were called to Waste Support Services on Forest Street.
Bonaiuto said it appeared Black was run over by the front-end loader.
Police and the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration are investigating the accident.
