Bristol police are investigating after a man driving a large white van tried to pick up a 13-year-old girl walking down the sidewalk on Arbor Court.
It happened around 5:40 p.m. on Nov. 22. Police said the van pulled up next to the girl and the driver offered her a ride, then insisted when she declined. The girl walked away quickly and the van drove off, according to police.
The victim wasn’t able to provide a description of the suspect.
