Mass. Bus Crash Involving CT Students

Students from Woodstock Academy were on a ski trip when the crash happened.

A charter bus carrying students from the Woodstock Academy to a ski trip was involved in an accident in Massachusetts Tuesday afternoon.

12 teens and one adult were injured when one bus rear ended another in Princeton, Massachusetts around 4 p.m., according to authorities. Nine people were taken to the hospital to be treated for minor injuries.

The students were headed to Wachusett Mountain in Princeton, Mass., according to Kim Caron, Woodstock Academy Headmaster. The trip was sponsored by the Woodstock Recreation Department, and was not a school-sponsored activity, Caron said.
