Middletown Police are investigating a shooting that happened around 9 p.m. on Monday night.
Police responed to the Flower Street area for reports of gun shots.
When they arrived, they learned that one person was suffering from gunshot wounds.
That person was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries according to Middletown Police Lt. Heather Desmond.
Police are investigating.
