A 72-year-old Milford woman died after hitting a utility pole in Milford early Sunday morning.
Police said Felicia Maruottolo was driving westbound on Boston Post Road near the Milford Market Place Plaza at 12:57 a.m. when the car went off the road and struck a utility pole.
Maruottolo was transported to a local hospital, where she later pronounced deceased.
