Supermodel Stephanie Seymour and her estranged husband aren't just fighting over the kids in their messy divorce. They're also reportedly battling over the nannies.
Seymour and her billionaire paper-mill magnate husband, Peter Brant, appeared at state Superior Court in Stamford on Monday for a pre-trial hearing in their high-profile, bitter divorce case.
The New York Post reports that they were in court after a judge hauled the former Victoria's Secret model in for missing a court-ordered drug test while vacationing in St. Barts with two of her children.
Both took the stand over child custody rights, the Stamford Advocate reports, and Brant's lawyers accused Seymour of not complying with a court order by letting the kids stay with nannies, relatives or friends instead of first asking him to look after Peter Jr., 15, Harry, 12, and Lilly, 4.
Brant, who lives on a 200-acre farm in Greenwich, reportedly accused his wife of trying to intimidate the nannies and forcing them to take her side.
Meanwhile, Seymour testified that her husband used one of the sitters, Cora Driv, as a spy and that the woman had been keeping a record of household activities in her the home and passing reports on to Brant after the couple separated.
Seymour said the nanny quit last year without notice after Christmas, only to resurface in Brant's home nearby.

"My childen told me, 'Cora's back. Cora's back at the house," Seymour said, according to the Post. "I called the house and she picked up the phone. I spoke to Peter about it and he said 'Yeah, what's wrong with that?'"
Last fall, a court order forced Brant to pay Seymour $270,000 a month in child support and alimony. Divorce records show Brant made $1.5 million a month in 2009. The couple married in 1995 and Seymour filed for divorce in 2009.
