DMV Road Tests Canceled Through 10 a.m. Tuesday

3 Advantages of a Smart Home Security System

The state Department of Motor Vehicles has canceled all road tests until 10 a.m. Tuesday due to snowy conditions.

While the DMV is normally closed Mondays, special tests were scheduled for license applicants. Testing will resume at 10 a.m. Tuesday by appointment only, according to the DMV.

You can reschedule a test by calling 860-263-5700 if you're in the Hartford area or by calling the toll-free line at 1-800-842-8222. The DMV will contact customers directly about the cancellations.

The DMV continues to remind drivers to clear snow and ice from your cars before driving to avoid fines and for the safety of other people on the roads.
