A 41-year-old man from Bristol, Conn., will be arraigned in Massachusetts today in connection with the investigation into the murder of Odin Lloyd.
Ernest Wallace has been charged as accessory after the fact to murder.
The is the third person to be arrested in the case. The first is former New England Patriot Aaron Hernandez, who was charged with murder and has pleaded not guilty.
Prosecutors said Hernandez orchestrated an execution-style killing because Lloyd talked to the wrong people at a nightclub.
Lloyd was found dead in North Attleboro, not far from Hernandez's home.
Wallace turned himself in to police in Florida at the end of June and he was turned over to authorities in Massachusetts on Friday.
Police have not said who is suspected of firing the shots that killed Lloyd and all documents related to the case have been sealed by order of the court.
