Newington police charged two people with prostitution during an undercover operation on the Berlin Turnpike last Tuesday.
Police said Kevin Huckaby, 28, of Hamden, offering to engage in sexual conduct for a fee. He was charged with prostitution.
In a second incident during the same operation, detectives arrested Shannon O’Brien, 24, of Middletown. She was charged with prostitution, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.
