Several witnesses said they saw the couple in the parking lot hours before the incident occurred. and North Haven detectives identified Seldale Moon, 23, of Hartford, and 24-year-old Rhakira McLendon, of Manchester, as suspects.

They obtained arrest warrants for them and contacted members of the U.S. Marshall Service Task Force, who were able to track the suspects to a hotel in the Greater Hartford area, took them into custody and transported them to the North Haven Police Department, where they were held until arraignment.
