One employee at a Chili's Grill & Bar in East Haven was injured on Thursday night when fire broke out at the restaurant.
A grease fire was reported just before 11 p.m. at restaurant located at 58 Frontage Road. The blaze extended to the air conditioning and spread to the ceiling and roof, East Haven fire officials said.
