Police in South Windsor are investigating the case of the alleged fragrant felon or maybe the accused perfume pilferer.
John Browdy, 52, of South Windsor, is accused of stealing $320 worth of perfume from a local CVS on Buckland Road on Friday.
Store staff told police that Browdy stole the perfume the drove off.
He was charged with larceny and criminal violation of a restraining order because he was arrested while in the company of a woman whom he's prohibited from having contact with.
Browdy was released on $30,000 bond.
