A suspected drunken driver was arrested after state police found a car stopped at the end of an exit ramp off Interstate 95 in Milford.
A passerby called 911, reporting that a driver appeared to be passed out and unresponsive in a black car stopped at the end of exit 39A.
The driver, whose name hasn't been released, was arrested on a driving under the influence of alcohol charge
The incident could cause some delays on Route 1 and 95.
The scene is expected to clear as soon as the car is towed.
