A man stabbed another man in the face and leg at Capitol View Apartments in Hartford this morning and a K9 unit helped catch the suspect, police said
The stabbing happened on the fifth floor of 600 Asylum St and the victim was taken to the hospital to be treated for injuries. They are not life-threatening, police said.
The suspect and victim are both between 40 and 50 years old, according to police.
