Derby Police are looking for a man after a sexual assault that occurred on the Derby Greenway Saturday afternoon.
The incident took place near the Route 8 underpass at around 1:30 p.m.
Police said the suspect is described as a 6'2" black male wearing a long black coat. The pictured individual is a suspect in several robberies in Ansonia that occurred prior to the sexual assault. Police said he is also a person of interest in this investigation.
Police said there is no evidence to suggest he is still in the area.
The man may have been acting "erratically" and waiving his arms, according to police.
