Luis Sanchez was incarcerated in unrelated charges.

Hartford police have arrested a third person in connection with the shooting death of a 27-year-old mother of two outside a Hartford bar in 2010.

An arrest warrant has been issued, charging Luis Sanchez, 22, of Hartford, with the murder of Jenna Flores. She died after being shot in the head outside the Franklin Bar and Grille on Franklin Avenue on Oct. 7, 2010 and two other people she was with were wounded.

Luis Sanchez, who is currently incarcerated in an unrelated shooting case, has been charged with murder, two counts of assault in the first degree and additional charges.

Bond was set at $3 million. The warrant has been sealed because the investigation is continuing.

Police have charged two other Hartford residents in connection with the homicide and shootings in 2010.
Police arrested Santos Gonzalez, 27, earlier this month. He is charged with hindering prosecution in the second degree, is free on $100,000 bond and will be arraigned in Hartford Superior Court on Feb. 6.

Gina Colon, 26, was arrested in October 2011 and charged with one count of hindering prosecution in the second degree and two counts of tampering with a witness. She is being held in lieu of $500,000 bond and her case is pending in Hartford Superior Court.
