State police have arrested a 55-year-old Norwich man who is accused of making a bomb threat against Norwich Superior Court on Monday.
Investigators responded to the courthouse at 1 Courthouse Square around 1 p.m. on Monday and state police brought in a K-9 unit to help local police determine the nature of the threat, authorities said.
After an investigation, police identified Robert Ladson, 55, of Norwich, as the suspect, and he was charged with first-degree threatening.
Bond was set at $50,000 and he is due in Norwich Superior Court today.
