Vernon police are looking for a mother of two who has been missing since early Tuesday morning.
Marianne MacKinnon, 30, left a local convenience store around 3 a.m. on Tuesday and her friends and family have not seen or heard from her since.
MacKinnon works as an exotic dancer at Sweet Hearts Club in Vernon, police said. Her coworkers have not heard from her and told police they are concerned about her well-being. Marianne might have been depressed recently, police said.
MacKinnon is about 5-feet, 4-inches tall and weighs approximately 125 pounds and has long dark hair and many tattoos on her chest and arms.
Police said it is out of Marianne's character to disappear and she left behind her two children and belongings she would have normally taken with her, police said.
