Hartford police have identified the suspect in a December homicide and they are asking for help from the public to find him.
Zachary Alexander, 25, is wanted in connection with the shooting death of Edison Burge, 22.
Police found the victim around 4:19 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 12 when they responded to reports of a shooting at 20 Griswold Street. He had several gunshot wounds, police said.
Burge was transported to Hartford Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 4:57 p.m., police said.
Police identified Alexander as a suspect and obtained an arrest warrant charging him with murder, criminal possession of a firearm, and criminal attempted sale of a controlled substance.
