A Hartford teen is in serious condition after he was shot in Hartford Wednesday morning.
Police said they responded to the area of Park and Hazel streets after a 911 call came in around 9:30 a.m. and found the victim, who they believe is around was 17 or 18 years old.
He was shot in the chest and was transported to Hartford Hospital, where he has been stabilized.
Major crimes is investigating the shooting, which police believe was a targeted attack.
Police said they are speaking to people of interest.
No additional information was immediately available.
