Power has been restored to about 3,500 customers in Simsbury Sunday morning.
A Connecticut Light & Power spokesman says a faulty cable in a substation that serves the town caused the outages around 6:45 a.m. Sunday.
CL&P crews worked to repair the problem and power was restored to all customers by 10:00 a.m.
