Hartford police made seven arrests while targeting street-level prostitution in the Southend of Hartford.
On Wednesday, the police department’s Vice and Narcotics Division focused on Mountford Street, Wethersfield Avenue, Main Street at South Green, Morris Street and Dean Street after receiving several complaints about prostitution in the areas.
Yolanda Resto, Diane White, Samantha Montgomery, Gail Hannah, Katherine Cowan, Stephanie Diaz and Jennifer Ballester have been charged with prostitution, police said.
Bond for each was set at $10,000.
