    Route 66 in East Hampton is closed between Main and Maple streets after a truck hit a pole, police said.

    There are 84 power outages in the area and crews from Eversource, which used to be known as Connecticut Light & Power, are at the scene.

    A detour is set up at Barton Hill Road.
