A man found dead near the Crystal Mall in Waterford might have been the victim of a hit-and-run.
A bus driver found the man along Route 85 around 7:30 a.m.
Police have identified the victim as 61-year-old Kim Weeks, who was last living in New London.
Investigators have seized a blue Toyota Sienna minivan as part of their investigation.
They are asking anyone who may have witnessed a pedestrian or an accident along Route 85 overnight to call them at 860-442-9451.
