Security Guard Strikes Deal With Model

A security guard accused of attacking former Victoria's Secret model Stephanie Seymour won't have to stand trial.

The Money Times reports Joseph Babnik, of Carmel, N.Y., reached a court agreement with the supermodel.

Babnik was arrested in June after an incident with Seymour at the home she shares with estranged husband Peter Brant.

Seymour filed for divorce from Brant in March, but the two continue to live together at their Connecticut home.

In a lawsuit against Seymour, Babnik claims, he reported on June 4 for his first day of work and Seymour grabbed papers from the seat of his car. Babnik said he followed her to the house and ask for the papers when she allegedly closed the screen door and cut him.

Babnik also claims that Seymour lied to police and prosecutors.
