A 24-year-old Southington woman is hospitalized with serious injuries after a vehicle rollover in Bristol early Thursday morning.
The Bristol Fire Department and EMS responded to a one-car crash at King and Woodland streets just before 1 a.m. and found the driver, Christine Lopena, trapped inside a 2008 Honda CRV that had rolled over.
The fire department was able to remove Lopena from the car and she was brought to Hartford Hospital to be treated for serious injuries.
Lopena was the only person in the car. She was listed in stable condition early on Thursday, police said.
Police said it appears that Lopena lost control of the vehicle on King Street, went off the westbound side of the road, hit a tree and rolled over.
No charges have been filed. Police are investigating.
