Stamford Police Search for Suspects in Double Assault

    Stamford police are searching for the people involved in an attack on two women in the city last Friday.

    Stamford police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the people who assaulted two woman on Tresser Boulevard last Friday.

    According to police, two women accompanied by a man on a bicycle attacked two other women near the intersection of Tresser Boulevard and Edith Sherman Drive around 11 p.m. July 25.

    Surveillance footage captured video of who police believe to be one of the female suspects and the man she was with. Both people are dark-skinned and wearing black T-shirts. The woman appears to also be wearing light-colored pants, and the man is wearing a black baseball cap and khaki shorts.

    Police have not released any information on the condition of the victims or the circumstances surrounding the attack.
