Connecticut State Police warned drivers to be on the lookout for black ice Wednesday morning after a crash on the Charter Oak Bridge in East Hartford.
Police said minor injuries were reported in the Charter Oak Bridge crash.
Troopers reported black ice on elevated service due to the cold temperatures and encouraged drivers to slow down for conditions. Troop H has responded to at least three accidents involving black ice.
Temperatures were in the 20s Wednesday morning.
