A suspect was seen taking packages off the porch of a Newington home, police said.
"The Grinch has struck in Newington," police wrote on Facebook.
A camera caught the moments a man stole packages from a home on Culver Street on Wednesday.
Police ask anyone who recognizes this person to call Officer Williams at (860) 594-6254.
