Suspect Arrested in December Hartford Murder

Police have arrested a suspect in a fatal shooting in a parking lot outside 109 Adelaide Street in Hartford on Dec. 20 and said he is a convicted felon.

Angel Vasquez, 23, had been shot in the head and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police said they identified Daniel Morales, 30, of East Hartford and Hartford, as a suspect through DNA.
