Suspect in Triple East Hartford Murders Being Held in NY

The New York man who is suspected in a triple fatal shooting in East Hartford earlier this month is now in police custody.

On May 6, Shawna Lee Hudson, 26, was shot in the chest inside an apartment at 115 Nutmeg Lane, East Hartford. Andraw and Andrew Moses, twin 21-year-old brothers from Brooklyn, New York were shot in the face, according to police. The brothers were identified only by fingerprints. One other man survived the shooting.

On May 13, an arrest warrant was signed for Horvil “Trix” Lebrick, a 31-year-old Brooklyn, New York man. It charged him with murder and the search was on for him.

Local police and New York police joined in the search. On May 26, police arrested Lebrick, who is being held in New York.

The court has set bond at $3 million and sealed the warrant.
