The trial in for the man accused of killing a Franklin woman in 1998 will begin on Tuesday.
In 2010, detectives charged Dickie Anderson Jr. with the murder of Michelle Comeau.
Comeau was 29 when her body was found dumped along an access road to the Norwich Industrial Park near Dodd Stadium in Norwich in 1998.
When Anderson was charged, he was already being held in connection with the 1997 murder of Rene Pellegrino in Waterford.
Anderson was arrested after being connected to the Pellegrino murder through DNA, according to State Police.
In 2002, police in Norwich compared the murders of Comeau and Pellegrino to the killing of a third woman, Hope Becker, who was found strangled to death in Mohegan Park.
Anderson has not been tied to Becker's murder.
