UConn graduates Tom Andreoli, Patrick Charmel, Paul Delvecchio, Marc Demattie, Dave Faenza, Ferid "Frank" Feratovic, Harrison Fuchs, John Mitkevicius, Michael Price, Dan Stewart and Andrew Zielinski traveled to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas on Saturday to collect winnings from bets on the NCAA championship that they placed at the hotel's Race & Sports Book. Classmate Chris Demattie also placed a bet but did not go on the trip.

They're all members of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity, according to the Las Vegas Sun.

Each graduate bet $100 that the UConn men's basketball team would win the NCAA title, so the victory won them $5,000 a piece. The Huskies had 50 to 1 odds of winning at the time of the bets, according to a press release.

The men dined at Mexican cantina Pink Taco at the hotel afterward to celebrate.
