Some visitors to the University of Connecticut Dairy Bar got more than just a dairy treat Sunday afternoon – they got the whole dairy cow!
Dairy Bar employees tell NBC Connecticut cows from Horsebarn Hill got loose around 1:45 p.m. and began wandering the area. Three Dairy Bar employees and other UConn personnel rounded the cattle up and returned them to the field where they graze. The excitement lasted about 30 minutes.
