Vote Today: 15 Communities Hold Elections

Super Tuesday it is not.  But in 15 Connecticut communities, voters are heading to the polls to pick leaders and vote on local issues.

The elections are being held in the towns of Andover, Bethany, Bolton, Naugatuck, Union and Woodbridge, the Boroughs of Litchfield, Naugatuck, Newtown, Stonington, Bantam, Danielson, Fenwick in Old Saybrook, Jewett City, Woodmont in Milford and the City of Groton.

Polls opened at 6 a.m. and are set to close at 8 p.m. Secretary of the State Susan Bysiewicz says there are crucial budget and educational issues facing many towns.
