The Connex Credit Union branch at 970 North Colony Road in Wallingford is closed for the day after an armed robbery on Thursday morning.
The bank was robbed around 10:30 a.m. on Thursday and three men fled the scene.
“We regret the unfortunate situation has occurred at one of our branches. Fortunately, no one was injured and all of our employees and members are safe,” John Edwards, president and CEO of Connex Credit Union, said in a statement.
Police are investigating.
