A water main break is expected to cause traffic congestion around Hartford Hospital on Friday morning.
Utility workers are addressing a break in the water main at Jefferson and Seymour streets and traffic has been reduced on both streets to two lanes.
Hartford Hospital officials ask that patients, visitors and staff allow additional time to get to the hospital and access it at the Washington and Seymour streets intersection, including valet parking and the public garage.
