Water service has been restored to 25 homes affected by water main break on Ballard Drive in West Hartford on Thursday, according to a spokesperson for the Metropolitan District Commission.
The broken 6-inch water main was turned off around 11:45 a.m. Friday, cutting service to homes from 61 Ballard Drive to the intersection of Fern Street, the MDC said.
An 8-inch pipe was also turned off for repairs.
The MDC said it all service was restored around 6 p.m.
