A West Hartford man is in jail after being accused of raping an 8 year-old girl five years ago, according to police.
Police said Otilio Berrios, 39, of Whiting Lane, is charged with first-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor. According to investigators, Berrios knew the victim.
Berrios was taken into custody Saturday night during a a traffic stop and is on a $150,000 court set bond. He will be in court on Monday.
