    Windsor Locks Man Charged With Selling Illegal Pills

    Windsor Locks police have arrested a man accused of selling pills and other drugs in their town.

    Police arrested 19-year-old Joshua Welch on narcotics charges on Tuesday. He is suspected of selling over 300 illegal pills in town.

    According to police, when investigators executed a search warrant they found 576 illegal pills, 223.8 grams of marijuana, and around $727 in cash. They also discovered narcotics packaging and equipment used in the preparation of drugs for sale.

    Welch was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell. He also faces charges on a previous warrant regarding the previous sale of pills. He was held on a $100,000 bond and is next due in court on Oct. 13.
