Woman Bites Mother, Throws Dog: Cops

Lindsay Anderson faces multiple charges after weekend incident

A Glastonbury woman is facing charges after an incident involving her mother and the family dog.

Lindsay Anderson, 20, was arrested Saturday. Police were called to a home at 75 Sherman Road just before 5 p.m.

According to police, Anderson bit her mother and threw the family dog during a fight. Anderson was drunk, cops said.

She was charged with cruelty to animals, third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order and interfering with an emergency 911 call. Anderson was released after posting $25,000 bond. She is scheduled to be in court July 16.
